Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Assistant to provide personalized customer service, promote services, and manage operational tasks at car wash centers. Key Highlights: 1. We are expanding our team and seeking Sales Assistants for our centers in Lisbon. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver personalized customer service, ensuring an excellent experience; * Present and promote additional services (upselling); * Manage appointments and payments; * Coordinate with the washing team to ensure efficient workflow; * Manage waiting times and communicate clearly with customers; * Ensure vehicles are delivered in expected condition; * Support stock management; * Organize and maintain the reception area, fostering a welcoming environment; * Collect customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement. **Candidate Profile:** * Customer service experience (preferred); * Interest in commercial areas and enthusiasm for service sales; * Basic computer skills (POS, Excel, sales tracking); * Excellent communication skills and approachability; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and attention to detail; * Goal- and results-oriented; * Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends; * Valid driver's license (mandatory). **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid, growing, people-focused company; * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development; * Base salary commensurate with the role; * Objective-based variable compensation system.
