What will you do? * Coordinate and motivate the sales team; * Drive store business performance and ensure the best shopping experience; * Ensure compliance with store procedures; * Support visual merchandising, stock management, and order handling; * Promote continuous development and training of employees. What we are looking for: * 2–5 years of experience in Retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG); * Autonomous, creative, and results-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and passion for customer service; * English language proficiency; * Proficiency in MS Office; * Flexible working hours (Monday to Sunday).
