Prior experience in a similar role will be valued. **Responsibilities:** * Sell apparel, accessories, footwear, and leather goods, as well as related services such as styling and personal shopping. * Interact with customers and sales support staff to maximize revenue generation and enhance customer experience. * Assist and inform consumers about promotions, including product selection and purchase, with thorough knowledge of company policies. * Perform store-level support functions, including stockroom management, customer service, scheduling, daily operations, cash handling, and loss prevention services. * Assist with placing online orders when a product is unavailable in-store. **Previous Experience and Education:** * Prior retail sales experience, preferably in the fashion sector. * Professional education or equivalent experience in customer service and sales-related fields. * Comprehensive knowledge of company policies, products, and/or services. * Experience placing online orders and managing inventory systems. * Training in styling techniques, personal shopping, tailoring, and product customization. We are looking for a sales associate to join our store located at PARQUE Shopping Center in BRAGA.
