Planning ability, problem-solving skills, and results orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the unit operates fully; * Ensure proper procurement of goods, taking into account sales fluctuations, while guaranteeing availability, brand image, and control over shrinkage and cost of goods; * Maintain service quality standards; * Manage supplier orders and weekly production plans; * Ensure compliance with cleaning standards and occupational health and safety regulations; * Manage unit maintenance requests; * Conduct weekly stock control; * Develop corrective action plans based on HSA, service, presentation, friendliness, administrative, stock, and financial audits; * Integrate, supervise, train, develop, and motivate teams; * Understand the work and dynamics of each workstation and be capable of performing those functions; * Daily shift planning; * Manage the unit's vacation schedule; * Prepare weekly schedules based on hourly sales data; * Recruit and select new staff jointly with the Operations Directorate; * Align the unit’s variable costs with actual sales performance; * Anticipate problems; * Handle customer complaints; * Evaluate and provide weekly feedback to the team; * Conduct and analyze monthly inventory and month-end closing; Candidate Profile: * Proven, relevant experience in similar roles within the food service industry; * Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage); * Customer orientation; * Sales orientation; * Professional appearance and approachability; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Leadership capability; * Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and dynamism; * Flexibility in working hours; * Team spirit; * Stress management ability; * User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Type of Position: Full-time Work Location: On-site
