We are currently reinforcing the Logistics Department of one of our group companies by recruiting for the position of Logistics Administrator (M/F). Main Responsibilities: \- Processing and tracking orders and shipping procedures; \- Managing logistics incidents; \- Recording and controlling goods inflows and outflows; \- Issuing and verifying logistics documentation; \- Contacting and coordinating with transport carriers; \- Scheduling and monitoring pickups and deliveries; \- Handling issues related to transportation and deliveries; \- Supporting stock and inventory control; \- Verifying documentation and liaising with other departments; \- Updating systems and control dashboards; \- Organizing and archiving documentation; \- Assisting with other administrative and operational tasks within the Logistics Department. Required Profile: \- Completion of compulsory education; \- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in Logistics; \- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks; \- Sense of responsibility and attention to detail; \- Strong communication and teamwork skills; \- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high workload; \- Proactivity and problem-solving capability.
