Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to transform complex processes into simple, scalable digital solutions, bridging business and technology. Key Highlights: 1. As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will build low-code applications, automations, and integrations that make processes more agile and sustainable. We seek an autonomous professional with strong technical maturity, capable of supporting architectural decisions and turning business challenges into robust solutions. Key Responsibilities Understand business needs and support defining functional solutions and use cases; Develop solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Copilot Studio; Define and support Power Platform solution architecture, assuming a senior role in technical guidance; Ensure development best practices, security, performance, and maintainability of solutions; Collaborate with other teams on more complex and integrated solutions; Identify low-code limitations and propose hybrid solutions when required; Participate in pre-sales initiatives, including prototyping, presentations, and webinars; Research new technologies and relevant use cases for clients. **Tech Stack:** Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents); Experience building copilots and conversational agents; Azure integration experience (preferred). **Other Technologies (Bonus):** Confluence, Jira; Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, TFS; Agile methodologies (Scrum). Requirements Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field, with 5 years of proven IT project experience. Power Platform Experience Solid experience with Power Platform—including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio—preferably with technical responsibility for implementing such solutions. Copilots and Conversational Agents Practical experience creating copilots and conversational agents, as well as end-to-end delivery of related projects. Functional Analysis and Requirements Gathering Ability to perform functional analysis, gather requirements, and collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders. Communication Skills Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility and organization, analytical and data-driven mindset, with ability to provide technical guidance and support other team members. Languages Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. **Extra Points:** Programming experience, particularly with .NET and APIs; Functional analysis experience; Advanced Power Platform knowledge—including customization, integration, and limitations; Agile methodology experience, especially Scrum; Experience with development support tools.
