Job Summary: Manage the strategy and maintenance of energy, HVAC, and security infrastructure across buildings in the Lisbon region, including data centers. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently offering an opportunity for an ***Infrastructure and Maintenance Manager (M/F)*** based in **Lisbon**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage a portfolio of buildings in the Lisbon region, responsible for defining strategy and ensuring maintenance and operational management of their energy, HVAC, and security infrastructure; * Manage and supervise overall maintenance of the company’s electrical and HVAC infrastructure, including data centers (critical environments); * Manage the budget for buildings under your responsibility (OPEX \& CAPEX); * Specify services and negotiate with suppliers (including procurement of new equipment, maintenance contracts, and other related services); * Support implementation of new projects; * Establish relationships and ensure cooperation with internal departments (including support for all requests and audits); * Ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations. **Professional Profile:** * Master’s degree (post-Bologna) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; * Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in building and technical facility maintenance management; * Technical expertise in HVAC, Electrical Installations, Fire Safety Systems (SCIE), Water and Sewage; * Experience using Centralized Technical Management Systems; * Experience managing multidisciplinary projects; * Knowledge of data center critical environments and applicable work restrictions; * Knowledge of Quality, Environment, Safety, and ESG principles. **Personal Profile:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Critical thinking, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * A positive attitude, resilience, proactivity, and results orientation are also highly valued for this role.
