As we continue to scale our projects, we are looking for an HR Intern to help us nurture our talent, streamline our talent acquisition, and foster our collaborative studio culture. Main Responsibilities: * **Tech Recruitment Support:** Assist in the end\-to\-end sourcing and screening of candidates for technical roles (such as full\-stack developers, infrastructure engineers, and support staff). * **Onboarding Coordination:** Help welcome and integrate new team members, ensuring they have the access, tools, and technical documentation needed for a smooth transition into our DEV/TEST/PROD workflows. * **HR Administration \& Operations:** Support daily HR operations, including maintaining internal employee records, managing documentation, and assisting with local internship programs (such as IEFP). * **Team Culture \& Engagement:** Assist in planning internal initiatives, team\-building activities, and community events to keep our remote and hybrid team connected and motivated. * **Employer Branding:** Collaborate with marketing to showcase INNER Studios' engineering culture, values, and workplace environment on professional platforms like LinkedIn. * **SOP \& Documentation:** Help draft and update internal HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks. Your Profile: * **Educational Foundation:** Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. * **Tech \& Gaming Savvy:** A strong interest in the software development or gaming ecosystem. Understanding tech terms (frameworks, pipelines, server infrastructure) and what engineers do is a massive advantage. * **People \& Communication Skills:** High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a structured, organized approach to problem\-solving. * **Language:** Professional proficiency in **English** (our core working language for internal processes and documentation) and **Portuguese**. * **Agile Mindset (Plus):** Familiarity with modern workspace tools (Notion, Slack, Discord) and an ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, evolving studio environment.
