We are experiencing strong national growth and aim to elevate our visual communication to match the quality of our work. We seek a filmmaker who can transform projects, clients, and our team into content that builds trust, authority, and sales. **Your Responsibilities** * Film installations, project sites, and behind-the-scenes footage of our team nationwide * Produce Reels, short videos, and content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta Ads * Capture and edit customer testimonials and success stories * Edit videos to premium quality (color grading, sound design, pacing, and storytelling) * Manage and organize the brand’s audiovisual content library * Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign creation and execution **What We’re Looking For** * Proven experience in video filming and editing (portfolio required) * Proficiency with editing tools [Premiere, DaVinci, CapCut, After Effects — as applicable] * Strong sense of storytelling and brand communication * Autonomy, professional pride, and attention to detail * Willingness to travel to project sites * Valid driver’s license **Nice-to-Have (not mandatory)** * Experience creating content for social media and paid advertising * Basic knowledge of motion graphics and photography * Personal equipment **What We Offer** * Integration into a solid and nationally expanding company * A project with room to create and leave your personal mark * Training and close mentorship * A high-performance, demanding, and purpose-driven environment * [Competitive compensation based on experience + bonuses / equipment] **How to Apply** Send your portfolio and a brief introduction to rh@solartecnica.pt with the subject line “Filmmaker — SolarTécnica”.
