Our core areas: ➡ Quantitative Finance ➡ Risk \& Compliance ➡ Operations \& Finance ➡ Transformation \& Organization ➡ Information Systems **We are looking for a Securities Issuance Officer** **CONTEXT** In this role, you will join the **ITO Department within CIB Global Markets**, supporting the documentation and operational management of securities issuances. You will work closely with Front Office, Back Office, Legal teams, financial agents, exchanges, and clearing systems. **MAIN MISSION** To prepare, validate, and manage the documentation and operational processes related to structured securities issuances, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare Final Terms and supporting documentation for certificates and warrants. * Review and validate documents generated by Front Office systems. * Ensure consistency with Legal templates and programme documentation. * Manage documentation filing with market authorities, exchanges, agents, and clearing systems. * Handle administrative actions related to corporate events and securities adjustments. * Maintain and update internal issuance databases. * Coordinate with Front Office, Back Office, Legal, and other stakeholders. * Ensure issuances are validated within required cut\-off times. * Contribute to process optimization, automation, and team initiatives. **PROFILE \& SKILLS** * Understanding of **financial markets and stock market products**. * Knowledge of **structured securities and underlying assets** is highly valued. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work with strict deadlines and operational cut\-offs. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proactive and process\-improvement mindset. * **Excellent written and spoken English.** **TECHNICAL SKILLS** * Structured Securities * Certificates \& Warrants * Securities Issuance * Final Terms Documentation * Financial Markets * Corporate Actions * Issuance Operations * Documentation Management **WHAT WE OFFER** * Gross annual salary aligned with your experience and seniority. * Permanent contract (CTI). * Meal allowance. * Health Insurance. * Extra holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve. * Access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning and certifications. * Elevate Program to support professional development and career growth. * Career progression plan. * Ongoing follow\-up and technical support provided by a Consultant Expert.
