Business Process Transformation Junior Lisbon, Braga Within the Business Process Transformation team, the Atlassian Consultant translates business needs into technical requirements through the configuration and customization of Atlassian platforms, contributing to organizational workplace transformation. Key Responsibilities As an Atlassian Consultant, you will add value by helping our clients continuously improve their organizational processes. Your primary role will be to translate each business process into one or more workflows deployed on Atlassian frameworks (such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Desk); more importantly, you will play a pivotal role as a digital transformation evangelist, inspiring organizational stakeholders to renew their mindset. **On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:** Meeting with clients to understand business rules and translating them into functional and technical requirements; Participating in requirement specifications, design, deliveries, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; Configuring and customizing Atlassian platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or Jira Service Management; Participating in the development of solutions and/or workflows and executing testing, training, and documentation; Researching Atlassian partner apps and plugins that may accelerate the development and implementation of various user stories or improvements; Applying industry best practices across all solution development phases up to final deployment on Atlassian platforms; Collaborating with Project Managers to enhance project design, support, and development. **Stacks:** Confluence, Jira, Jira Service Desk, Jira Core, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo Requirements Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering. Technical Knowledge Professional experience with complex business integration systems, as well as understanding of organizational operations and responsibilities. Agile Methodologies Experience with agile methodologies and approaches, such as Scrum. Atlassian Certification Interest and motivation to obtain an Atlassian professional certification. Problem Solving Ability to solve complex problems.
