Develop 2D drawings and 3D models of steel structures using industry software. We are seeking a detail\-oriented Technical Drafter / 3D Modeler with a background in civil engineering or architecture. The ideal candidate will prepare technical drawings and 3D models of steel structures, perform model verification, assist with quantity take\-offs, and develop structural rebar mesh models. ensuring accuracy and clarity to support design, fabrication, and construction processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop technical 2D drawings and 3D models of steel structures using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla Structures, Advance Steel, or Rhino. * Perform basic model verification and quality checks, including SQM model review. * Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure models and drawings meet project requirements. * Assist in preparing visualizations or presentations for project coordination and client communication. * Develop structural rebar mesh models in Rhino according to design specifications. * Create visualizations and renderings in Blender to support project presentations. * Maintain proper documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office tools **Skills \& Qualifications:** * Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field. * Experience in creating 2D technical drawings and 3D structural models for steel structures. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Blender, Rhino and/or Revit / Tekla / Advance Steel. * Strong understanding of structural detailing and construction principles. * Attention to detail and ability to produce clear, accurate, and usable technical documentation. * Good communication skills and a collaborative approach. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Why Join Us:** * Work on diverse structural projects with a collaborative and professional team. * Opportunity to develop expertise across multiple technical software platforms. * Competitive salary and benefits Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Work Location: In person
