Opportunity for career progression Incasometal Group Lda, specialized in metallurgy and industrial maintenance, is recruiting for its facilities in Alfena: Position: Quality Control Technician (M/F) Required Profile: * Minimum 2 years of experience in the role; * Education in Drawing/Design (preferred); * Experience in quality control within the metalworking industry; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings/designs; * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; * Strong organizational ability; * Punctual and assiduous. Responsibilities: * Process/product quality; * Ensure conformity of received materials and consumables by verifying specifications and certificates; * Monitor production and/or service delivery, ensuring adherence to quality processes and requirements; * Perform and/or supervise Non-Destructive Testing; * Prepare dossiers, reports, and technical documentation supporting products and completed work; * Define and implement improvement plans and actions aimed at optimizing processes, increasing productivity, and fostering organizational growth; * On-site quality monitoring based on problem identification and resolution.
