Job Summary: Globalsource is recruiting Fashion Modelists to develop patterns, grading, cutting plans, and analysis of shrinkage and patterns for sample and production garment construction. Development of patterns and grading **Globalsource, a company specializing in the manufacturing of women's, men's, and children's apparel, is seeking Fashion Modelists (m/f) to join its team.** **Job Description:** **\- Development of patterns and grading;** **\- Preparation of cutting plans;** **\- Shrinkage analysis;** **\- Pattern analysis for sample and production garment construction;** **\- Support during sample and production development** **Candidate Profile:** **\- Degree or training in pattern making;** **\- Ability to interpret technical drawings and solid knowledge of pattern-making techniques;** **\- Proficiency with Audaces software (preferred);** **\- Responsible, proactive, and dynamic;** **\- Knowledge of garment construction** **\- Knowledge of knits/fabrics and their properties.** **\- Immediate availability.** **We Offer:** **\- Competitive salary commensurate with the role and demonstrated skills;** **\- Integration into a dynamic team.** **\- Excellent working hours** Type of position: Full-time Compensation: €1,000.00 \- €1,400.00 per month Work location: On-site
