Job Summary: RGA is seeking Direct Care Assistants to support elderly individuals with daily care, hygiene, and activities, as part of a team committed to their well-being. Key Highlights: 1. We are expanding our team with Direct Care Assistants. Main Responsibilities: ✔ Providing direct care support to the elderly (meals, hygiene, companionship, supervision, basic health care); ✔ Cleaning and organizing spaces and equipment; ✔ Assisting with kitchen tasks; ✔ Other support duties. Requirements: * Minimum compulsory education (9th grade) * Clean criminal record; * **Empathy, responsibility, and commitment;** * **Strong interpersonal skills;** * Willingness to learn and continuously improve; Availability to work rotating shifts, including occasional night work; **Availability to work on weekends and holidays;** * **Immediate start;** Compensation: €920.00 – €1,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Work Location: On-site
