AZULL Rooftop is born in the heart of Nazaré as a relaxed, elegant space deeply connected to the sea and the lifestyle of the Portuguese coast. Located on a terrace with a privileged view, the concept combines signature cocktails, a welcoming atmosphere, and a thoughtfully curated sharing menu. The kitchen embraces a contemporary and informal approach, using fresh ingredients, Mediterranean flavors, and maritime influences to create a light, refined, and distinctive gastronomic experience. The ambiance aims to offer customers unique moments blending music, sunsets, cocktails, and a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation and cooking of dishes according to technical specifications and restaurant quality standards. * Ensuring mise en place and organization of the workstation. * Strict adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP). * Close collaboration with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service and a positive working environment. * Maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation throughout service. Required Profile: * Proven experience as a First Cook or in similar roles, preferably in modern or gastronomic hospitality. * Proficiency in contemporary culinary techniques and familiarity with professional kitchen equipment. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining rigor and attention to detail. * Team spirit, proactivity, and motivation to learn and grow. * Certification in hygiene and food safety (a valued asset).
