Opportunity for technical advancement and a positive work environment Construction Site Safety Coordinator (M/F) HARU SERVICES LDA is currently recruiting a **Construction Site Safety Coordinator (M/F)** to join a technical inspection team responsible for quality management and safety coordination on public construction and rehabilitation projects in Portugal. RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordination of occupational health and safety on construction sites; * Monitoring implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan (OHSP); * Conducting regular safety inspections; * Verifying working conditions at construction sites; * Managing occupational health and safety documentation; * Inspecting personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Monitoring work at height; * Preparing technical reports; * Attending site meetings; * Supervising both public and private construction projects; * Preventive risk inspection on construction sites. REQUIREMENTS * Professional Certification (CAP) / Professional Title of Senior Occupational Safety Technician – Level VI; * Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction projects; * Experience in construction site safety coordination; * Knowledge of Decree-Law No. 273/2003; * Experience in work at height and building rehabilitation; * Strong organizational and communication skills; * Valid driver’s license; * Willingness to travel. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in public construction projects; * Experience in façade rehabilitation; * Knowledge of construction supervision; * Additional training in work at height; * Knowledge of document management and quality assurance.
