Work in a relaxed yet professional environment with a young, dynamic team. **We Are Hiring \| Bartender – Ferroviário** Grupo Champ is currently looking for an experienced Bartender to join the team at Ferroviário, our bar and rooftop venue located on Rua de Santa Apolónia, in Lisbon. Ferroviário was officially founded in 1961 as a social space for railway workers and, in 2010, reinvented itself as a bar, rooftop, and cultural venue. Located in the heart of the city, with privileged views over the Tagus River, it is now one of Lisbon’s most iconic nightlife spots, known for its diverse cultural programming including music, cinema, photography, visual arts, and gastronomy. **Location:** Ferroviário – Bar \& Rooftop Rua de Santa Apolónia 59, 1100\-468 Lisbon, Portugal **About the Role:** We are looking for dynamic, communicative, and hospitality\-driven professionals who are passionate about bar culture and nightlife. Being a Bartender at Ferroviário goes far beyond serving drinks — it’s about creating experiences, building connections with guests, and contributing to the venue’s unique atmosphere and energy. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, strong team spirit, and motivation to grow professionally. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails; * Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service; * Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and bar organization; * Prepare and restock ingredients and supplies; * Support the organization and cleanliness of the work area; * Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards; * Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service; * Contribute to a welcoming and memorable guest experience. **Candidate Profile:** * Previous experience in bar service or similar roles (preferred); * Passion for customer service and nightlife environments; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work under pressure in fast\-paced environments; * Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude; * Interest or knowledge in mixology and cocktail preparation; * Good multitasking and time management skills; * Energy, dynamism, and physical stamina; * English skills that allow comfortable communication with international guests; * Availability to work shifts between 5:00 PM and 3:00 AM. **What We Offer:** * Immediate integration into a young and dynamic team; * Relaxed yet professional working environment; * Continuous training opportunities; * Career growth opportunities within Grupo Champ; * Birthday day off.
