Analyze productivity indicators and propose technical improvements Madre Fruta is recruiting an Agronomist Engineer to work with a local grower partner located in Luz de Tavira; the candidate will perform technical duties and be responsible for the following tasks: **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor crop agronomic and production cycles (planning, planting, nutrition, pruning, harvesting). * Monitor pests and diseases and implement integrated protection strategies. * Develop and oversee irrigation and fertilization strategies for crops. * Develop and oversee greenhouse climate management strategies to optimize crop development. * Analyze productivity indicators and propose technical improvements. * Ensure compliance with certification standards (GLOBALG.A.P., GRASP, organic production, or other applicable standards). **Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomic Engineering; * Leadership and planning skills; * Teamwork ability and strong communication skills; * Residence in the Algarve region. **We Offer:** * Base salary commensurate with experience in the role; * Meal allowance of €7.50 via meal card; * Opportunity to join a stable company operating in a growing business sector.
