Our Argus platform is at the center of this mission, providing scalable, secure technology that supports our clients and internal teams in managing AI systems effectively. **Position Summary** TrustScale is seeking a **Senior Engineer – Argus Platform** to lead the design, development, and scaling of our core AI governance platform. This is a senior, hands\-on engineering role with end\-to\-end ownership across backend services, frontend applications, databases, APIs, integrations, and deployment pipelines. The Senior Engineer will work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Growth, and other cross\-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, production\-ready solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong full\-stack engineering experience, deep expertise in **Python, React, and PostgreSQL**, and a proven track record of building and maintaining production\-grade enterprise applications. Experience with **FastAPI, AI/ML applications, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure** is highly valued. **Key Responsibilities** * Own end\-to\-end development and feature delivery for the Argus platform. * Build and maintain scalable frontend and backend services. * Design and optimize APIs, data workflows, databases, and enterprise integrations. * Maintain a secure, highly available, production\-grade client\-facing platform. * Build and improve automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. * Establish strong code review, automated testing, and release standards. * Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and other business teams. * Mentor junior and mid\-level engineers and promote engineering best practices. **Required Qualifications** * 7\+ years of professional software engineering experience. * Strong hands\-on experience with **Python** and modern backend development. * Strong experience developing modern frontend applications with **React**. * Extensive experience with **PostgreSQL**, including database design and optimization. * Experience building and scaling production\-grade enterprise applications. * Experience with automated **CI/CD**, testing frameworks, containerization, and cloud deployments. * Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and scalable application design. * Excellent communication and cross\-functional collaboration skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **FastAPI**. * Experience building or integrating **AI/ML\-powered applications**. * Experience with **RAG, embeddings, vector databases, indexing, or search solutions**. * Experience with modern AI frameworks and orchestration. * Knowledge of enterprise security and authentication, including **SSO, SAML, and OIDC**. * Experience with audit logging and enterprise compliance requirements. **Technology Stack** **Backend:** Python, FastAPI **Frontend:** React **Database:** PostgreSQL **AI/Data:** RAG, embeddings, vector databases, modern AI frameworks **Infrastructure:** Cloud infrastructure, containerization, CI/CD **Equal Employment Opportunity** TrustScale is an equal opportunity employer.
