Work Location: LISBON Work Format: Hybrid Position: Financial Specialist What We Are Looking For: Main Responsibilities:* Execution of tasks including: Full financial and analytical accounting cycle; Treasury and billing; Collections, payments, and provision calculations. * Review of monthly and annual accounting closings. * Calculation and settlement of taxes (VAT, Corporate Income Tax) and tax optimization. * Preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, annual accounts, IES, and reporting to Management. * Management of relationships with internal and external auditors. * Banking management and preparation of payments and transfers. * Intercompany re-invoicing at international level. * Daily use of SAP. * Advanced use of Excel for analysis and reporting. Mandatory Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields. * Minimum of 8 years’ experience in similar roles. * Registration with the Portuguese Order of Certified Accountants (OCC) as a Certified Accountant. * Proven experience working with SAP. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. Preferred Qualifications:* Prior experience in consulting or auditing. * Knowledge of transfer pricing between companies. * Fluency in English and Spanish. * Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA. * Experience in technology service providers. * Rigorous, meticulous profile with strong attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and keen organizational awareness.
