We are strengthening our team with a **Construction Supervisor** with proven experience in **hydraulic** projects, to take charge of coordinating and monitoring field operations. **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate, supervise and monitor the execution of hydraulic construction works, ensuring quality, deadlines and safety. * Manage on-site work teams, ensuring productivity and achievement of objectives. * Read and interpret technical plans, identifying requirements and potential deviations. * Liaise with site management, suppliers and subcontractors. * Control the use of materials and equipment. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Ideal candidate profile:** * Minimum of **5 years' experience as a Construction Supervisor** in the hydraulic sector (water supply networks, sanitation, drainage, etc.). * Solid knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Leadership skills and experience managing teams in construction environments. * Strong sense of responsibility, organization and results orientation. * Valid driver's license (mandatory).
