We seek professionals who are responsible, organized, and enjoy working in a factory environment, capable of ensuring correct packaging and preparation of aluminum profiles, thereby contributing to final product quality and adherence to the company's excellence standards. Responsibilities Responsibilities Perform aluminum profile packaging according to internal specifications and customer requirements; Conduct dimensional and visual inspection of profiles prior to packaging; Apply protective materials, including plastic, cardboard, and spacers, ensuring product integrity; Correctly identify and label batches; Operate auxiliary equipment such as conveyors, overhead cranes, pneumatic staplers, and strapping machines; Support warehouse organization and shipment preparation; Strictly comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and internal company procedures. Requirements Requirements Factory environment experience (preferred); Ability to interpret production orders; Basic knowledge of dimensional and visual quality control; Ability to operate cargo handling equipment (preferred); High sense of responsibility; Attention to detail and quality orientation; Ability to work under high-production pace; Good motor coordination and spatial perception; Team spirit and strong communication skills; Residence in Soure or neighboring municipalities, including Condeixa-a-Nova, Montemor-o-Velho, Pombal, Figueira da Foz, Coimbra, Alvaiázere, Penela, and Ansião.
