As part of our growth and expansion of production capacity, we seek to integrate an experienced **Window and Curtain Wall Fitter from the sector**, to strengthen our production team and contribute to the execution of large-scale projects requiring high technical precision. **Main Responsibilities** * Carry out manufacturing, assembly, and repair tasks for aluminum, PVC, and other material window and curtain wall systems; * Fabricate pre-frames using semi-automatic welding processes; * Produce window and curtain wall components and solutions according to technical drawings and manufacturing specifications; * Interpret technical drawings and associated project documentation; * Perform finishing, fine-tuning, and quality control operations on completed work; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and company quality standards. **Required Profile** * Proven professional experience in fenestration production and/or assembly (preferably 2–3 years); * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings (an advantage); * Experience with aluminum and/or PVC systems; * Sense of responsibility, rigor, and commitment to work quality; * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and autonomy; * Team spirit, dynamism, and willingness for professional growth; * Availability for occasional site visits. **What We Offer** * Integration into a solid, growing company with strong market presence in the sector; * A stable, professional, and collaborative work environment; * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies; * Opportunities for learning, development, and professional advancement; * Participation in large-scale and technically demanding projects; * Exposure to innovative equipment, technologies, and production processes.
