Socioeducational support for at-risk students; ? Promotion of personal, social, and civic competencies; ? Implementation of school dropout prevention programs; ? Implementation of inclusion, citizenship, interculturality, and youth participation projects; ? Group and community intervention in the school context; ? Application of non-formal education methodologies; ? Coordination with teachers, psychologists, and other specialized professionals; ? Monitoring and evaluation of educational and social projects. ? Advisory, research, planning, programming, evaluation, and application of technical and/or scientific methods and processes that underpin and prepare decision-making; ? Autonomous or collaborative preparation of opinions and projects of varying complexity, and execution of other general or specialized support activities within common, instrumental, and operational areas of competence of agencies and services; ? Representation of the agency or service on matters within their area of expertise, making technically grounded decisions aligned with directives or higher-level guidance. ? Designing and implementing social support and mediation plans for Roma families and students, strengthening parental competencies and building effective communication bridges between the community and the school environment. ? Implementing strategies to combat absenteeism, early school dropout, and academic failure through direct intervention in home and community settings with minority ethnic groups, as well as participating in and implementing national and international projects aimed at full integration and recognition of academic pathways. ? Promoting sociocultural animation and non-formal education projects targeting social inclusion and active citizenship for Roma children and youth, coordinating with local partners to manage socially responsive services appropriate to cultural diversity. ? Mediating conflicts among students, teachers, operational assistants, and families; ? Mediating with Roma students and families. ? Supporting students facing interpersonal relationship difficulties, behavioral problems, or social vulnerability; ? Developing, participating in, and implementing actions and projects related to bullying prevention, school violence, and other forms of violence. ? Conducting actions to combat prejudice, discrimination, and stigma; ? Assessing, supporting, and monitoring situations involving social risk or exclusion. ? Identifying students' social, family, and educational needs, referring cases to competent services whenever necessary; ? Organizing network coordination meetings with institutional partners (CPCJ, SAAS, EMAT, Social Security, Gaiurb, CAFAP, Safe School), aiming to coordinate interventions and monitor student and family situations. ? Collaborating with teachers, psychologists, and school management in defining intervention strategies; ? Conducting awareness-raising and capacity-building actions for families regarding support for students' academic pathways; ? Delivering training, awareness-raising, capacity-building, and reflective sessions for operational assistants; ? Conducting actions and capacity-building for students and teachers within the Ubuntu Club framework; ? Participating in ERASMUS\+ mobility programs; ?
