**Manufacturing and Production Process Engineer** *New Production Unit* We are recruiting a **Manufacturing and Production Process Engineer** to join a new production area within a high-impact industrial project. This unit will operate with **plastic injection, foam injection, and assembly processes**, offering a unique opportunity for professionals who wish to contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions and the optimization of processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for **increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and maximizing product quality**, while also coordinating automation, quality, and sustainability projects. Expertise in **continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving techniques** such as **Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Shainin RedX** will be highly valued. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes and facility layouts to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times; * Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies focused on cost reduction and performance enhancement; * Analyze production requirements and machine capacity to optimize equipment utilization; * Plan and organize workflow and resources within the production process; * Coordinate production schedules and ensure critical stock levels; * Identify and resolve production issues, ensuring delivery continuity; * Define and implement quality control systems, monitoring the entire production cycle; * Analyze failures, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions; * Lead industrial automation projects and introduce new technologies and equipment; * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards; * Promote sustainable practices by minimizing waste and optimizing resources. ### **Requirements** ### **Profile and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment; * Solid knowledge of production processes (mandatory); * Fluency in English (mandatory); * Knowledge of automation and robotics, PLC programming, and plastic injection (preferable); * Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, or programming issues (preferable); * Advanced proficiency in computer tools; * Leadership, organizational, and analytical skills; * Good communication, teamwork, and dynamism; * Resilience to work under pressure; * Availability for travel.
