As part of our growth and enhancement of production capacity, we seek to hire an experienced **Metalworker specializing in Window Systems**, to contribute to the execution of large-scale projects requiring high technical precision. **Main Responsibilities** * Assemble, install, and repair aluminum, PVC, and other material-based window systems; * Fabricate pre-frames using semi-automatic welding machines; * Produce and assemble various aluminum-based window systems; * Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications; * Perform finishing touches, fine-tuning, and final inspections of completed work; * Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and current best practices. **Required Profile** * Professional experience in window system production and/or installation (minimum 2–3 years); * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings is advantageous; * Sense of responsibility, precision, and quality orientation; * Team spirit, dynamism, and proactivity; * Willingness to learn, develop, and grow professionally; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Availability for occasional on-site visits. **What We Offer** * Integration into a solid and continuously growing company; * Stable, dynamic, and collaborative work environment; * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies; * Opportunities for professional development and career progression; * Participation in large-scale, technically demanding projects; * Exposure to innovative technologies, equipment, and processes.
