As part of our growth and enhancement of productive capacity, we seek to integrate a **Machine Programmer** to ensure programming, optimization, and monitoring of **Schirmer** machines used for cutting and machining window and door frame profiles. This role will play an essential part in guaranteeing production process efficiency, contributing to continuous improvement, quality, and precision of solutions developed by SAM'S. Main Responsibilities * Program cutting and machining operations using Preference software; * Create, manage, and send programs to Schirmer machines; * Develop, adjust, and optimize geometries and production processes; * Interpret technical drawings and provide support during production start-up and monitoring; * Collaborate on continuous improvement of production processes and optimization of available resources; * Ensure compliance with defined quality, efficiency, and productivity standards. Required Profile * Technical education in Industrial Production, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields is preferred; * Professional experience in CNC machine programming; * Knowledge of Preference software, Schirmer machines, and CAD/CAM tools is advantageous; * Familiarity with window and door frame systems, particularly Technal, Schüco, SAPA, and Cortizo; * Ability to interpret technical drawings; * Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement; * Team spirit, autonomy, and problem-solving capability; * Sense of responsibility, organization, and proactivity.
