Responsibilities: * Plan, implement, and control the fish packaging process; * Program the packaging machine; * Ensure adherence to the production plan; monitor and optimize production; * Analyze deviations from the plan and implement corrective actions to align production with company needs; * Monitor and analyze production targets, and redefine daily strategies; * Collaborate on continuous improvement of the packaging process; * Support the commercial department; * Support the logistics department.
