Teamwork, dynamism, and proactivity Pedro Carvalho — Collective Catering aims to strengthen its team and is currently recruiting a Dispatch Assistant. We seek a responsible, organized, dynamic individual with strong attention to detail, capable of ensuring the proper functioning of the meal preparation and dispatch process. Main Responsibilities Separation and preparation of meals for dispatch; Order verification, checking correspondence with information on labels; Packaging and organization of meals for transportation; Maintenance of workplace organization, cleanliness, and hygiene; Support in other tasks inherent to the dispatch process; Delivery execution whenever necessary. Requirements Category B driver's license — mandatory; Basic user-level computer skills; Organizational ability and attention to detail; Sense of responsibility and commitment; Strong teamwork skills; Dynamism, proactivity, and punctuality; Ability to work under pressure and adhere to schedules. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, catering, or distribution roles; Knowledge of food hygiene and safety best practices; Availability to work from Monday to Sunday, according to the service schedule; Availability for rotating days off.
