Enjoyment of customer interaction and commercial activities COUNTER ASSISTANT / SALESPERSON – GUIMARÃES A commercial company specializing in machinery, tools, and professional equipment for construction and industry, headquartered in Guimarães, seeks to strengthen its team with a Counter Assistant / Salesperson **with knowledge in the field of power tools**; MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES \* Customer service and advisory support at the counter; \* Telephone support; \* Product sales and invoicing; \* Assisting in identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions; \* Receiving and inspecting goods; \* Restocking, organizing, and displaying products in-store; \* General support for tasks inherent to store operations. REQUIRED PROFILE \* Enjoyment of customer interaction and commercial activities; \* Strong communication skills and sales orientation; \* Experience and knowledge in machinery and power tools are highly valued; \* Sense of responsibility, organization, and initiative; \* Proficiency in using computer tools; \* Ability to work effectively in a team. Previous experience in power tools, DIY, personal protective equipment, hand tools, or related fields will be considered an advantage. Prior experience with SAGE is not required; internal training will be provided. WORKING HOURS Monday to Friday: 09:00–12:30 \- 14:00–18:30 Saturday: 09:00–12:00, on a rotating basis.
