Dynamism and ability to work in a team Job Details: Main Responsibilities: \- Deliver efficient and high-quality service; \- Maintain an attentive and helpful attitude toward customers, treating them courteously; \- Stay informed about dish and menu compositions; \- Ensure proper arrangement, maintenance, and cleaning of all materials, equipment, and utensils under the section’s responsibility; \- Prepare, arrange, and clean sideboards and service stations; \- Perform table mise en place according to defined standards; \- Assist in buffet table setup and ensure prompt replenishment of dishes; \- Provide full table service, from transporting the trolley to clearing tableware; \- Receive and record customer orders; \- Provide full beverage service. Key Competencies: \- Basic knowledge of the English language; \- Strong oral communication skills and enthusiasm for public interaction; \- Dynamism and ability to work in a team; \- Attention to detail and concentration ability; \- Well-groomed personal appearance.
