We invite you to join us: in Portugal, we are looking for a Store Assistant – Lisbon Airport, on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Center Manager, your mission will ultimately center on the customer. You must perform duties according to defined quality and service standards, in line with established policies and procedures, ensuring customers retain the best possible impression of the establishment’s quality/service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service * Maintaining consistent focus on the customer * Restocking products * Organizing and cleaning the store space * Opening and closing the cash register **Compensation Plan / Incentives and Benefits:** * Monthly base salary: €960 * Meal allowance via meal card: €150.00 * Absence allowance currently set at €47.00 * Attendance bonus: €40.00 * Quarterly bonus * Areas Challenger program * Access to the MY AREAS e-learning and training platform * Health insurance after 9 months of employment * Wellness, disability support, and diversity programs * Employee Card – discounts at our establishments in Portugal and Spain * Savings Club **Requirements:** ----------------- * Prior experience in this role * Ability to work effectively in a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Good communication skills * Sense of responsibility * Proficiency in English (preferred qualification) Important Notes: To work at the airport, your criminal record must be clean — no entries permitted.
