We are growing and looking for talented individuals with the drive to grow alongside us. We seek a versatile professional capable of creating end-to-end digital experiences for our clients. Some experience is expected, but we will support and accelerate your professional journey going forward. You should possess several essential capabilities: · Design and development of **responsive HTML newsletters**, compatible across various email clients; · Design and development of **WordPress websites, portals, and landing pages** (or other CMSs such as Drupal or Sitecore); ideally with experience using Elementor Pro or similar tools. · UX/UI – **Creativity** and ability to produce elegant, intuitive designs focused on optimal user experience and usability, leveraging **graphic design tools** such as Canva, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or others that achieve the objective. Experience in video editing, infographics, banners, etc., is highly valued. · Analysis and optimization for **SEO**, and use of **Analytics tools** (Google Analytics, at minimum) – ability to identify target audiences, ensure content is easily discoverable, and analyze usage patterns to improve content and engagement. Knowledge of GEO/AEO is a plus. · Proficiency in **HTML, CSS**; some **JavaScript, SQL, and PHP/Node.js** experience is highly beneficial; · Strong sense of **organization**, excellent ability to **interpret** client needs, and **flexibility** to manage and execute multiple distinct tasks simultaneously, adapting to varying contexts and priorities. · Bonus: Operating and automating digital marketing systems (e.g., email/Mailchimp, Tag Manager), as well as managing shared hosting (Siteground, cPanel, WordPress, DNS, Email, etc.) to ensure 24/7 secure and high-performance operation. · A good enough level of English to have a business and technical conversation, learn from English content, and exchange emails with our customers and partners. · Are you open to **evolving** your skills across multiple areas, staying ahead of new trends, tools, and technologies, automating repetitive tasks, and helping the entire team grow?
