We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our client companies, a **Site Manager specialized in hydraulic engineering**, to join a solid project and directly support the General Site Manager. We seek a professional with proven experience in **earthworks and execution of hydraulic infrastructure**, possessing strong leadership capabilities on construction sites. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure execution of hydraulic infrastructure, including: + Water supply networks + Wastewater and stormwater drainage networks + Construction of collectors, outfalls, and branch lines + Installation of piping (PVC, PEAD, cast iron, among others) + Assembly of hydraulic fittings and equipment * Execute and supervise: + Construction of inspection chambers, manholes, soakaways, and hydraulic structures + Watertightness tests and pressure tests + Verification of gradients and technical compliance * Ensure correct **on-site implementation**, through reading and interpretation of drawings, supported by surveying * Coordinate and lead: + In-house teams + Subcontractors * Supervise earthworks activities: + Clearing + Excavation + Embankment + Land grading and compaction #### **Desired Profile** * Proven experience as a Civil Construction Site Manager * Solid knowledge of **hydraulic infrastructure and earthworks** * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Strong leadership and organizational skills * Team spirit and results orientation #### **We Offer** * Integration into a solid company and a long-term project * Salary conditions commensurate with demonstrated experience * Opportunity for professional growth
