Job Summary: Provide technical leadership to your discipline team, ensure regulatory compliance, interact with clients and other disciplines to resolve issues, and support proposal development. Client interaction to resolve interferences **EIA21**, an industrial engineering company with over 40 years of experience delivering services to the sector, is seeking an **Engineering Discipline Lead** to join a project for one of our clients in **Sines**, for a period of **36 months.** **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical leadership to your discipline team, assigning tasks and reviewing the quality of deliverables. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and international standards relevant to the discipline (API, ASME, IEC, UNE, ATEX, among others). * Interact with the client and other disciplines to resolve interferences and validate technical solutions. * Participate in planning, monitoring, and controlling work within your discipline (schedules, resources, and quality). * Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and documentation for submission to the client. * Support the preparation of technical and economic proposals for new projects within your discipline. * Ensure adherence to the organization’s safety and quality procedures. * Minimum of 10 years of experience in your discipline and 8 years of experience in petrochemical sector projects. * Experience in detailed engineering development for projects. * Proficiency in discipline-specific software, including Intools.
