Job Summary: We are recruiting Picking Operators to work in a fruit warehouse, responsible for order preparation, sorting, and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Order preparation and sorting 2. Team integration and dynamic work environment **4\.Operations** is currently recruiting **Picking Operators** to work in a fruit warehouse. **Main Responsibilities:** * Order preparation and sorting; * Picking and handling of fruit boxes; * Product organization within the warehouse; * Compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, with the last shift ending at **04:00 on Saturday**; * From **19:00 to 22:30**; * Dinner break between **22:30 and 23:30**; * Resumption of work from **23:30 to 04:00**. Requirements **Desired Profile:** * Good physical condition and stamina, as the role involves frequent handling of fruit boxes; * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks; * Availability to work the stated night shift schedule; * Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work effectively in a team; * Experience in picking, warehousing, or logistics is an advantage. Benefits **Offered Conditions:** * Base salary corresponding to the **current National Minimum Wage**; * **25% night shift allowance**, applicable from 22:00 onwards; * **Meal allowance of €6.00 per working day**; * Holiday and Christmas bonuses paid in monthly installments; * Integration into a team and a dynamic work environment.
