Structured and organized working hours, with closure on Sundays Description Support the Technical Management in coordinating and organizing pharmacy operations; Ensure pharmaceutical care and counseling, promoting high-quality service; Guarantee correct dispensing of medications and compliance with legal regulations; Participate in team management, in coordination with the Technical Management; Collaborate in implementing and enhancing pharmaceutical services; Contribute to continuous improvement of pharmacy processes and operations. Profile Integrated Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences; Valid registration with the Portuguese Pharmaceutical Society; Experience in community pharmacy (preferred); Interest in management and coordination roles; Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; Sense of responsibility, organization, and proactivity.
