




Job Summary: HMR is seeking a Customer Engagement Analyst for its Customer Success team, focused on ensuring a high-quality experience for pharmaceutical industry clients and promoting the use of HMR solutions. By enabling data-driven decision-making, HMR contributes—indirectly—to improving healthcare in Portugal. **The Opportunity** HMR seeks to integrate a **Customer Engagement Analyst** into its **Customer Success** team. This role plays a fundamental part in client engagement, ensuring a high-quality experience and promoting proper use of HMR solutions—directly impacting the success of our pharmaceutical industry clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients—primarily **middle and top management within the pharmaceutical industry**—working closely with the **Sales** team and various internal teams. Key responsibilities include: * Client support throughout their lifecycle, including **onboarding** and training; * Promotion of correct usage of HMR solutions and services; * Identification of business needs and translation into **clear technical specifications**; * Collaboration with internal teams (customization, data, quality, among others); * Development of **Excel-based analyses** and **customized reports**; * Progressive and autonomous management of a **client portfolio**. **What We Are Looking For** **Education** * Higher education degree in **Pharmaceutical Sciences, Information Management**, or a related field. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in **MS Office**, with particular emphasis on **Excel**; * Strong ability to **analyze and interpret data**, with a problem-solving orientation aligned to business needs; * Ability to communicate **clearly and structurally**, adapting messaging to diverse stakeholders; * Organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail in task execution; * Capacity to work **autonomously**, ensuring effective client and project support; * Sense of responsibility and ability to **manage priorities and expectations**. **Preferred Requirements** * Prior knowledge of or exposure to **data analysis and visualization tools**; * Familiarity with **Python**, **Data Visualization**, or **Qlik**; * Interest in the **healthcare and pharmaceutical industry**; * Previous experience in client-facing roles, customer success, analysis, or consulting (not mandatory). **What We Offer** * Hybrid and flexible working arrangements; * Structured initial training and continuous learning opportunities; * A workplace culture characterized by closeness, sharing, and mutual support; * Integration into the ANF (National Association of Pharmacies) ecosystem; * Involvement in projects with significant impact on the healthcare sector.
