Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process efficiency Zumub seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to join its Operations and Logistics team. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency in receiving, order picking, and dispatching processes, as well as supporting the team in achieving operational objectives. FUNCTION Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the operational team; Ensure proper creation and control of transport documents; Oversee receipt, verification, organization, and dispatch of orders; Monitor compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and defined deadlines; Support priority management and resolution of operational issues; Foster a collaborative, motivating, and results-oriented work environment; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency in operational processes; Perform other tasks necessary for smooth operational performance. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 12th-grade education; Basic computer literacy; Elementary English language skills; Prior experience in operational, logistics, warehouse, or similar roles (preferred); Experience coordinating or leading teams (mandatory); Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; High execution capability and productivity; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Proactivity, initiative, and leadership ability.
