Join us!** We are seeking a **Procurement Trainee/Intern** to join our Supply Chain department and support a strategic **e-Procurement and digital transformation of procurement processes**. The role will involve direct interaction with procurement processes, suppliers, internal users, and digital platforms, contributing to the evolution and digitalization of the procurement journey within a highly complex operational environment. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Support the implementation and enhancement of the **e-Procurement** platform; * Assist in supplier, material, and service registration and updates; * Support **quotation processes, RFIs, RFQs, and electronic tenders**; * Assist internal users in using the procurement platform; * Support suppliers during registration, qualification, and participation in quotations; * Monitor purchase orders, procurement processes, and related pending items; * Support testing, qualification, and validation of new platform functionalities; * Participate in mapping and improving procurement processes; * Support procurement data organization and analysis; * Prepare controls, reports, and departmental KPIs; * Identify opportunities for **standardization, digitization, and automation** of activities; * Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Technology, and other stakeholders involved in the project. **Desired Profile** ------------------- * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, International Trade, Information Systems**, or related fields; * Interest in building a career in **Procurement, Supply Chain, or Digital Transformation**; * Proficiency in **Excel**; * Comfort working with systems and digital tools; * Organized, analytical, and process-oriented mindset; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments; * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Academic or professional knowledge/experience in **Procurement or Supply Chain**; * Prior exposure to **e-Procurement platforms**, especially **Nimbi**, Ariba, Coupa, or similar; * ERP knowledge, particularly **SAP**; * Familiarity with Power BI or other data analytics tools; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Interest in digital transformation and process automation projects. **Career Development Opportunity** ----------------------------------- This position offers a distinctive entry-level opportunity combining hands-on experience in **Procurement** with active participation in a **digital transformation project**.
