Based on values such as trust, appreciation, and accountability we **all** work together to shape the future – boldly, customer\-focused and with a strong team spirit. **Job Description** **Your contribution to something big:** * Member of supply chain specialist expert groups, driving activities from Ovar plant and global allignment on projects; * Logistic reports analyses ; * Maintain proper material inventory levels avoiding shortages or excess of stock ; * Order management ( SAP\- MRP system ), backlog report analyses, coordinate and negotiate supplier schedule commitments, check best transport mode for critical items ( ISTAR tool cost approval ); * Tool and process key user, logistic trainning ( procurement models , logistic agreements , tools EDI , SAP) ; * To conduct appropriate supplier due\-diligence to identify supply chain risk and provide support and guidance to stakeholders, ( escalation, distribution, shortage list) * Logistic SAP parameters maintenance ( status, MOT, safety stocks. LTB etc..), Change proposals management for materials; * EDI / Supply On WEB EDI follow up with suppliers; * Develop supplier relationships, understand capacity constrains, check best procurement models, best MOT, make proposal of safety stock at supplier side, LDT reduction and MOQ reduction / partial deliveries ; guide and train suppliers in some cases on procurement models. * Follow up with suppliers if logistic manual guidelines is used properly on the operations. Follow up of OPL ( PLKZ\-LOG ) * Monitoring supplier performance and complains; take actions for improvement ; * Resolve invoice issues and work closely with finance for vendor payments; * Logistic SAP parameters maintenance ( status, MOT, safety stocks.
