From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. We’re looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to compile, reconcile, and validate regulatory resolution data. You’ll be assisting with key EU regulatory deliverables and maintaining data quality across our EU resolution group structure. Up to shape what’s next in finance? Let’s get in touch. **What you'll be doing*** Populating and validating EU resolution reporting templates (EBA RESOL 1, EBA RESOL 2, MBDT, and EOVC) for entities across the resolution group * Assisting in extracting, line\-by\-line checking, and reconciling liability data, eligible debt instruments, and own funds components for MREL/TLAC compliance * Partnering with Finance, Treasury, Operations, and Risk teams across the HoldCo, two banking entities, and the IFR firm to ensure accurate source data collection and mapping * Maintaining up\-to\-date procedural documentation, mapping logic, data dictionaries, and audit trails for resolution returns * Assisting senior management with SRB dry\-run testing, valuation capabilities exercises (EOVC), and resolution planning requests * Identifying workflow efficiencies, partnering with data engineering teams to automate XBRL/EBA taxonomy mapping, and resolving data quality flags **What you'll need*** 2\+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial reporting, risk, or finance within an EU financial institution or consultancy (Big 4\) * In\-depth knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks (BRRD II, CRR II, EBA standards, or IFR/IFD) * Familiarity with EBA RESOL 1/2, MREL, or SRB reporting templates (MBDT/EOVC) * High proficiency in Excel and data manipulation, with impeccable attention to detail and accurate data reconciliation skills * The ability to understand complex group structures involving HoldCos, banking entities, and investment firms * Excellent organisational skills to manage competing regulatory submission deadlines **Nice to have*** Experience with SQL, Python, or regulatory reporting engines (e.g., Axiom, Workiva, Power BI) * An understanding of XBRL tagging and EBA validation rules * Familiarity with bank and investment firm balance sheet structures **Compensation range*** Lithuania: €3,700 \- €6,200 gross monthly\* * Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process * Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience *Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
