Opportunity for career development and advancement RECEPTIONIST – STUDIO PABLO DE OLIVEIRA HAIR (NAZARÉ) Studio Pablo De Oliveira Hair is seeking a Receptionist to join a dynamic, professional team focused on excellence in customer service. We are looking for an organized, responsible individual with excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of delivering a premium experience to our national and international clients. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greeting and welcoming clients; • Managing appointments and scheduling; • Answering phone calls and WhatsApp messages; • Confirming appointments; • Handling payments and cash register closing; • Providing administrative support and organizing the reception area; • Monitoring the client’s experience throughout their salon visit; • Supporting the technical team whenever necessary. REQUIREMENTS: • Experience in customer service or reception (preferred); • Excellent communication skills; • Professional and well-groomed appearance; • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; • User-level computer proficiency; • Fluent English (mandatory); • Fluent French (mandatory); • Team spirit and proactivity; • Immediate availability. WORK SCHEDULE: • Monday to Saturday; • Works every other Sunday; • Rotating days off according to the company’s schedule.
