Manage procurement processes to secure optimal terms Delnext is seeking a Project \& Procurement Manager to join the Operations team and support the company’s growth through the implementation of new projects, identification of strategic partners, and continuous improvement of logistics operations. We are looking for an analytical, results-oriented professional with strong negotiation skills, capable of independently managing projects and contributing to improved operational efficiency. ROLE Supervise and monitor the implementation of the company’s new strategic projects; Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with national and international potential partners; Manage procurement processes, ensuring optimal commercial and operational terms; Support the Operations team in analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing logistics processes; Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient project execution; Ensure adherence to deadlines, objectives, and requirements defined for each initiative. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related field (preferred); Professional experience in project management, procurement, operations, or equivalent roles; Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (valued but not mandatory); Strong analytical ability and ease in handling data and metrics; Good negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with partners and suppliers; Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented profile; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English language proficiency will be valued.
