Ongoing support from Clan throughout the process and joint growth An agri-food sector company is looking for a Production Operator to handle and package fish canned goods. You will work on an automated production line, ensuring quality at every stage of the process. Your responsibilities will include: Handling fish throughout all manufacturing stages; Feeding machines and performing production-related tasks; Rinsing cans, inspecting, and controlling semi-finished and finished products; Packaging and storing products; Cleaning production and warehouse areas; Performing loading, unloading, transportation, and storage of raw materials and finished products. Requirements: Completion of basic education (9th grade); Prior experience in an industrial/factory setting is preferred; Ability to work effectively in a team; Good interpersonal and communication skills; High concentration and ability to perform tasks efficiently; Immediate availability and willingness to work fixed shift schedules; Proficiency in Portuguese. What we offer: Base salary: €920.00; Meal allowance: €6.15 per day, paid via bank transfer; Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, either 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM; Work on automated production lines using modern technology; Safe and organized working environment; Ongoing support from Clan throughout the process and joint growth.
