Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor production machines, ensuring their proper functioning and the quality of final products. - Carry out basic preventive maintenance of equipment and report any anomalies to the supervisor. - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workstation, complying with current safety and hygiene regulations. - Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to continuous improvement of production processes. - Assist with loading and unloading of materials and products, ensuring correct storage in the warehouse. Requirements: - Completion of 9th grade education. - Prior experience in a factory or production environment (preferred). - Ability to work effectively in a team and strong interpersonal communication skills. - Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts 08:00–16:00; 16:00–00:00; 00:00–08:00.
