Joining a company that values safety and growth About the Role An industrial sector company is seeking a Production Operator to operate equipment and ensure quality and safety in unit operations. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on sustainability and innovation. Your Responsibilities - Operate equipment according to predefined conditions; - Prepare auxiliary materials required for production; - Execute control and self-control plans; - Perform first-level maintenance tasks; - Maintain facilities in good hygiene and safety conditions; - Comply with procedures related to Quality, Food Safety, Sustainability, Hygiene, Food Defense, Food Fraud, Safety, and Environment. Requirements - Minimum education: 9th grade; - Basic computer literacy; - Proactivity and good communication skills; - Interpersonal relationship skills; - Interest in an industrial environment; - Organizational and dynamic attitude; - Sense of responsibility and autonomy; - Availability to work from 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday; - Availability to work from 16:00–00:00 and 00:00–08:00 when required; - Availability to work on weekends when required.
