Bel Portugal S.A., a multinational agri-food company and market leader in Portugal, seeks to hire a Production Manager for its Ribeira Grande Factory (Azores). Bel Brands: Limiano, Terra Nostra, Vaca que Ri, Babybel, GoGoSqueez, Nurishh. MISSION: Responsible for timely production in their area, minimizing unnecessary costs, operating within a Continuous Improvement environment, and ensuring quality specifications and production protocols; Responsible for mobilizing and motivating team members and proactively working in their area to achieve the ZERO Accidents objective; Responsible for meeting industrial objectives according to agreed budgets, ensuring maintenance of certification systems and legal requirements. PROFILE: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Biology, or related field; 5 years of professional experience in industry and management (preferably dairy industry); Fluent Portuguese and English (French preferred); Experience in team management; Assertive communication and feedback skills; Analytical, assertive, logical, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
