Job Summary: We are seeking Project Managers to manage Heavy Lifting projects, coordinating teams and resources, and ensuring project execution and on-site supervision. Key Highlights: 1. An international company, a global leader in the construction sector, is looking for a Project Manager to join the team responsible for managing Heavy Lifting projects valued from several tens of thousands up to several million euros. Work Location: Benavente, Portugal. Job Type: Full-time. Key Responsibilities: * Overall project administration, contract management, invoicing, and collections; * Coordination with other group entities directly involved in the project; * Engineering of Heavy Lifting works, and preparation and management of submission and approval of required technical documents and drawings; * Planning and organization of necessary resources (teams and equipment); * On-site supervision of Heavy Lifting works in close collaboration with local teams and other project stakeholders (contractors, subcontractors); * Monitoring of ongoing works and implementation of appropriate corrective actions, if required; * Post-completion management of resource demobilization and project closure. Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Excel; * Proficiency in AutoCAD; * Proficiency in MS Project; * Knowledge of Google SketchUp; * SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage. Experience: * Minimum of five years in a similar project management role. Personal Skills: * Excellent communication and teamwork skills; * Leadership abilities; * Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure and across multiple multidisciplinary projects simultaneously; * Analytical capability and attention to detail; * Careful and well-structured work principles; * Independence, reliability, responsibility, organizational ability, and interest in the work; * Willingness to undertake short-term international travel, averaging 30% of the time; * Openness to other cultures; * Good command of English; * No fear of heights.
